(a) Our mission

One patient. One crew. One hope.

Caden's story

A kid who got help decided to help back.

Caden Singleton is an Abingdon resident and Abingdon High School attendee. In July 2026, he was diagnosed with papillary thyroid cancer. Since then, every one of his treatments has been at St. Jude Children's Hospital in Memphis, Tennessee.

Caden and his family started Caden's Crew because they wanted to give back to the place that had given so much to them. What began as gratitude has grown into a community of runners, volunteers, and donors who show up for St. Jude families the same way St. Jude showed up for theirs.

What we believe

The values that keep us moving

Family first

Everything we do is for the kids and families facing the hardest days of their lives.

No bill, ever

We support St. Jude's model: families never pay for treatment, travel, or housing.

Community power

One person can't do much. A crew can move mountains.

Hope in action

We don't just talk about hope — we run, raise, and show up for it.

Transparency

We keep things simple and honest, so every donor knows their gift matters.

Joy

Even on hard days, we find reasons to laugh, celebrate, and keep going.

Join the crew.

Run, donate, volunteer, or share — every step helps a St. Jude kid.
